Returns and Exchanges
No Hassle Return Procedure
The first step is to contact us to request a return which you can do by any of the following contact methods:

If the request is received or made between 8am and 3pm PST during our business days hours we will process the return on that same day, after 3pm PST the request will be processed on the next business day. This applies for any of the return procedure contact methods.
Chrome Bear Business Hours are from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm PST.
If you contact us by Chat, Email or by Phone our representatives will need to obtain the same information that you need to fill out on our Online Form so we can proceed with the request.
After the request has been processed we will provide you with a Return Authorization Form (RAF) which you will need to print and attached it to the Shipping Package of the Item.
Each RAF will have an ID #, please use that number when you contact us to get an update on your return request.
All returns must include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
The return procedure steps are as explained below:
- 1. Contact us by:

- 2. Ship the item(s) via USPS, FedEx Ground or UPS to the shipping address specified on the RAF Form. Returns must be sent to the original shipping warehouse location and in their original packaging. Remember to attach the RAF on the package before you send it back to us.
- 3. Refunds will be issued once the parts are received, inspected and processed.
- 4. Returned parts must be in "as new" condition and shipped in their original package and shipping carton. If the original shipping carton is not available, the part must be packaged correctly to ensure safe shipping. We cannot issue credit for items that arrive damaged or for items that have been partially or fully installed. Proper shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
- 5. Refunds that are authorized will be credited within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. If you requested an exchange, the item will be sent 1-2 days after the exchange has been approved, if the exchange is for a different item number then the item(s) will be shipped after charge has been applied for the cost of the new item.
- 6. The amount will be refunded via PayPal to your credit card.
Our Hassle Free Return Policy
If for any reason you want to return the item, you have 365 calendar days from the time of purchase to request a return, that’s right!!! You have a whole YEAR to return your item.:
Freight Charge
We pay for all of the shipping fees for the return of your item.
Restocking Fee
No Restocking fees apply with any of our items.
Parts Not Returnable
Special-order Products, Custom-made Products, cannot be returned for any reason. Electrical parts are not returnable if installed.
Refunds
Refunds for returns normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 5-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card.

Credits to the original credit card used for the purchase will be immediately applied upon inspection and processing of the returned item(s) but may not appear on your credit card statement for one or two billing cycles.
We can’t issue credit for items that are not returned within the 365 days from the time of purchase.
Risk of Loss
All of the items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
Back Order Policy
Due to the high demand for some of our more popular items, back orders occasionally occur. If one or more of your items are on back order, you will not be charged for those items until they are shipped. Back ordered items are kept open for 30 days. After 30 days the item(s) on back order will be cancelled, at which time you may re-order.
Cancellation Policy
Since every purchase is immediately processed electronically to speed up the process of your delivery the possibility of cancelling the order is not possible.
You can return the item after you have received it and request a refund for your purchase.
